- Each TFD carbonizer generates 7.5 tons of charcoal per day under optimal conditions.
- Achieves ~2,500 tons per unit over 330 consecutive days of operation.
- TFD designed, supplied & commissioned the core biomass-to-charcoal conversion equipment, including all monitoring and control software.
- Partnered with the client to integrate locally sourced components.
The control system is fully automated and proportionally manages multiple variables to promote airflow and combustion in specific sections of the carbonizers. It follows a precise control trajectory to maintain optimal pot temperatures, ensuring the consistent, safe and reliable production of high-quality carbon.
